Vinyasa Yoga with Betsy

Classes are £8 each or a Block of 5 for £35. Please book via www.betterbodyclub.co.uk to reserve a space or just turn up on the day.
The class begins with stillness to tune into the body and mind, followed by breathwork to calm the nervous system. The practice then flows through poses to build flexibility, balance, energy, and strength. Each week highlights a different muscle group and theme, with mindfulness tools to support both practice and daily life.
