Marine Wildlife Intertidal Survey

The Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust runs this private intertidal survey especially for Warsash Sailing Club members and guests, alongside their wider Shoresearch programme.

This event offes a wonderful opportunity to enjoy our beautiful coastline while helping to protect local marine wildlife. The two-hour session involves surveying a stretch of shoreline to identify and record marine species, using the Shoresearch walkover survey method. The data collected contributes directly to the Trust's conservation work, supporting efforts to establish Marine Conservation Zones and protect our precious coastal habitats.
